Cedar College - Beginners Netball Program

Taught and Bowled will be running a netball program during Term 4, 2018 for Cedar College students.

The program is for children in Reception and Year 1 and will focus on the basic skills of netball, gross motor skills and teamwork. We will work up to playing modified matches and other game sense activities towards the end of the program.

All sessions will be delivered by experienced, qualified coaches and the skills taught are based on what is outlined in the Netball Australia’s National Curriculum of Skills.

PROGRAM DETAILS

The program will run on Tuesday afternoons from 3:30-4:15pm at the school. The first session will be held on Tuesday 16 October and run for seven weeks, with the sessions concluding on Tuesday 27 November.

The cost of the program is $65 per participant (+gst) and first time participants will receive a netball and Taught and Bowled drink bottle to take home, while second time participants will receive and Taught and Bowled backpack.
